Police appeal for Torpoint crash witnesses

Police closed the road for three hours

Devon and Cornwall Police are appealing for witnesses to a road crash in Torpoint on Friday evening.

Officers were called to what they said was a serious incident involving a silver Peugeot 3008 car and a blue Harley Davidson motorcycle, at about 20:40 BST on Harvey Street, at the junction with Rowe Street.

The motorbike rider, a man in his 50s, sustained serious injuries, while his pillion passenger, also in her 50s, sustained minor injuries.

The occupants of the car were uninjured, officers said.

The road reopened at about 23:45.

Witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage should contact police, quoting 874 of 4/4/25.
