Three to face charges over man's death after crash

Three people will be charged after a man died from injuries when he was hit by a car, police said.

Daniel Livingstone, 20, was struck by the vehicle and carried on its roof on Bridge Street, Wellesbourne, Warwickshire, at about 21:30 GMT on 14 December 2023.

He suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital where he died 11 days later on Christmas Day.

Warwickshire Police said three people will be charged over Mr Livingstone's death and will appear at Leamington Magistrates' Court on 30 April.

The trio are:

  • Anthony Flowers, 35, of Burford Mews, Leamington Spa, will be charged with causing death by dangerous driving, arson and conspiring to pervert the course of justice

  • Christopher Kincaid, 38, of Longfellow Avenue, Warwick, will be charged with arson and conspiring to pervert the course of justice

  • Judy Owen, 61 of Burford Mews, Leamington Spa, will be charged with conspiring to pervert the course of justice
