Eight men in court on child sex abuse charges

Eight men have appeared in court charged with sexually abusing a teenage girl.
The men, who face charges including rape and sexual assault, appeared at Bradford Magistrates' Court earlier.
The alleged offences are said to have been committed in the Calderdale area against a girl aged between 13 and 15 years old from May 2006 to May 2009.
All eight men have been bailed to appear at Bradford Crown Court on 2 September.
Those charged are:
Mohammed Adnan, 42, of Stirling Street, Halifax, is charged with one count of rape and two counts of sexual assault.
Mohammed Shebhan, 41, of St Mary's Street, Halifax, is charged with two counts of rape.
Amazar Ali, 52, of Longroad Place, Huddersfield, is charged with two counts of sexual activity with a child.
Naveed Anjum, 48, of Kings Cross Place, Halifax, is charged with one count of sexual activity with a child.
Imran Hussain, 48, of Parkinson Lane, Halifax, is charged with attempted rape
Khalid Kamran, 33, of Oakley Terrace, Leeds, is charged with one count of rape and indicated a not guilty plea.
Mohammed Mahmood, 39, of Hyde Park, Halifax, is charged with one count of rape and indicated a not guilty plea.
Adal Manaf, 46, of Cavendish Terrace, Halifax, is charged with one count of rape and indicated a not guilty plea.
