Month-long amnesty to dispose of pesticides
- Published
An amnesty for unwanted pesticides has been set up for the month of November.
The Government of Jersey said it would be offering a free collection service for farmers, gardeners and growers to help safely dispose of pesticides.
Environment Minister Deputy Steve Luce said the scheme was a "crucial step" in ensuring the island had a "healthy and sustainable environment".
Anyone who wants to arrange a collection during the amnesty has been asked to call or email the food and plant team.
