Part of the A14 that was closed after an early-morning crash has now reopened, according to Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue, external.

The incident happened just before 07:00 BST to the east of Newmarket - between the Waterhall interchange at junction 38 and the Kentford interchange at junction 39.

Two fire crews from Suffolk and one from Burwell in Cambs were called to the collision, which involved three vehicles.

The fire service said one casualty had already got out of their vehicle when they arrived, and two more were released and handed over to the ambulance service.
