Two stages close as 'wild weather' hits festival

Festival goers have been urged to "batten down the hatches" if they are camping at the site on Sunday

Two stages have been forced to close at a festival due to wet and windy weather.
Acts scheduled on the BBC Introducing and Dragonfly stages at the Little Orchard Cider and Music Festival, in Penhallow, Cornwall, are being relocated to other venues, Daniel Pascoe, presenter for BBC Introducing South West, said.
It comes ahead of a yellow weather warning for winds that could reach 70mph (112kph) on Sunday night and Monday morning, with the biggest gusts likely on the North Cornwall coast and up to Ilfracombe in Devon.
Mr Pascoe said festival organisers had told him they were "confident" everything else would still be going ahead, with a weather contingency plan in place.
In a post on Facebook at about 11:30 BST, organisers warned anyone camping at the festival to "batten down the hatches".
"The weather's looking a bit wild," they added.
"Don't forget your wellies and waterproofs to keep dry and comfy while you stomp through the mud. If you're heading off today, it's a good idea to pack up sooner rather than later."

Two stages have been closed as a result of the weather
Mr Pascoe, who was at the festival, said: "We've had some stage closures.
"BBC Introducing, that stage is closed, the Dragonfly stage is also closed, and it's my understanding that the performers that were part of the line-up on these stages are going to be relocated into a different venue."
The Met Office issued the yellow weather warning from 20:00 BST on Sunday to 18:00 on Monday and predicted "a sustained period of windy weather" and the autumn's first deep area of low pressure.
BBC South West's meteorologist David Braine said the biggest gusts were likely to be between 00:00 BST on Sunday night and 03:00 and 06:00 on Monday.
He said the unnamed storm could bring "big waves which could be quite dangerous on the coasts".
