Owners of specialist printing machines suspected of causing a catastrophic explosion in south Wales are being urged to consult updated guidelines issued by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
The HSE is investigating a possible link between an explosion at a printers workshop on a Swindon Industrial Estate in September and the explosion in an unit at Treforest Industrial Estate in December 2023.
The explosion caused the death of Danielle Evans, 40, from Swansea, whose body was found in the remains of the Rizla House building.
It is believed Mrs Evans was crushed to death in the Celtic Food Laboratories unit based on the estate after the explosion which happened at about 19:00 on 13 December.

South Wales Fire and Rescue Service, South Wales Police and the HSE have all been involved in the investigation into the blast and fire.
Following the explosion in Swindon, the HSE identified the use of a "sublimation calender" printing machine manufactured by Diferro, a compay based in Turkey, at a printers on the estate.
The HSE is trying to identify other users of similar printing machines believed to have been sold by two known distributors, and is taking steps to prevent any other Diferro machines coming into the UK.

Danielle Evans was described by her family as a fiercely loyal and loving wife
After the Treforest explosion, a product alert was issued by the HSE. This guidance has now been updated and owners have been advised that the device should not be left unattended when connected to the factory's power supply.
Luke Messenger from the HSE said they had "significant concerns" about the safety of the machines.
"The guidance issued following the Treforest Industrial Estate incident has clear instructions – revisions to this have been published today and we will continue to share any further updates.
"We never want to see a repeat of the fatality in 2023 or the recent catastrophic explosion in Swindon."
Diferro Calenders, based in Istanbul, Turkey have been approached for comment.
