Man, 20, denies attempting to murder parents

A 20-year-old man has denied the attempted murder of his parents in Cornwall.

Callum Kyle's parents Marianne and Robert Kyle suffered stab and slash wounds in the alleged attack at their family home in Reskadinnick Road, Camborne, on 21 June.

Mr Kyle was also charged with assault causing actual bodily harm to a neighbour and possessing a knife in a public place.

At Truro Crown Court he denied two charges of attempted murder and one count of assault causing actual bodily harm. He was remanded in custody until a trial in November.
