A motorway will be partially closed "until late afternoon" after a person was taken to hospital following a four-vehicle crash.

The collision happened on the M49 northbound near Bristol with emergency crews called at about 17:50 GMT on Thursday.

One person was taken to hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
