Police have launched a probe into a deliberate fire at a block of newly built flats in Bo'ness.
Emergency services were sent to the building on the corner of Commissioner Street and Union Street at about 22:20 on Friday.
Four fire engines attended initially and crews worked through the night to get the flames under control. Two fire engines remained at the scene on Saturday morning.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) said there have been no reports of injuries.
Police cordoned off the area while assisting the fire service.
A spokesperson for the force said: "The fire is being treated as wilful and inquiries are ongoing."
