Police have identified a number of men they want to speak to following the disorder in Hull on Saturday 3 August.

Officers issued CCTV photos of 16 people on 7 August and are still looking for three of them.

More than 60 people have been arrested after violence broke out following a demonstration involving anti-immigration protestors.

Humberside Police have asked people to contact them via 101 if they recognise any of the men pictured or have any information that may assist their inquiries.

Police officers were attacked, shops looted and fires started as trouble broke out in the Ferensway, Jameson Street and Spring Bank areas on 3 August.

Concerns had been raised about the possibility of further disruption on Wednesday evening, but the force said there were no incidents of disorder.

Assistant Chief Constable Thom McLoughlin said: “We do continue to be well resourced and have specialist officers on patrol and available to provide both reassurance and to deal with any emerging issues robustly."

He said officers would "not stop until every person responsible for the despicable behaviour we have seen over the weekend is in custody".
