Sky-watchers across the south of England have witnessed the striking Blood Moon.

On Sunday evening, people from Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire and Oxfordshire saw a total lunar eclipse turn the full Moon red.

As the moon moved through Earth's shadow, it took on a deep red hue, creating a spectacular "Blood Moon".

In the UK, the full eclipse began at 18:30 BST and lasted until about 21:55.
