Commuters hit by delays after M6 crash

Rush-hour commuters have faced delays following a crash on the M6 on Merseyside.
Two northbound lanes have been closed between junctions 25 for Bryn and the M58 Orrell Interchange at junction 26.
Traffic is reported to be slow and building in the area, with lanes one and two of the northbound carriageway's four lanes shut, according to traffic management system Inrix.
National Highways said the incident was expected to continue until at least 10:45 BST, with normal traffic conditions not anticipated until 11:15 at the earliest.
