Man charged with death by dangerous driving

A man has been charged with causing the death of a 19-year-old man by dangerous driving.
The 20-year-old is due to appear before Telford magistrates on 9 July.
The man who died, William Hubbard, 19, was one of four people in a BMW that crashed on the A464 in Shifnal, Shropshire, on 27 May 2023.
He was a passenger in the car which left the road and struck a fence.
