Multi-stage festival arrives in town centre

A day of culture, music and comedy is being hosted across five stages and several venues in a town centre.
KettFest, in Kettering, Northamptonshire, also features spoken word performances and art displays.
The event has been organised by Kettering Cultural Consortium and part-funded by £7,000 from the town council.
Zoe Martin, from the consortium, said: "We have an exciting programme this year."
'Celebrate creative talent'
The headline act on the mainstage is band Funk Odyssey who have recently been on tour with Sister Sledge.
As well as other stages featuring bands and DJs, there is a spoken word stage hosted by Kezzabelle Ambler, 11th Bard of Northampton.
There is also a "community" stage featuring dancers, performance and music from local schools and groups.
Ms Martin said: "Kettfest is a great way to celebrate the creative talent in this town and support local businesses at the same time."
Members of the Kettering and District Art Society will also have artist around the town sketching and painting the day's scenes.
