He was also questioned on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, attempted theft of a motor vehicle, theft of a pedal cycle, possession of cannabis and possession of an offensive weapon.

A 33-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle and possession of an offensive weapon.
