A man has been charged with murder following an alleged altercation in Skegness.

Lincolnshire Police said officers were called to Grosvenor Road shortly before 19:00 BST on Monday.

Rhys Howell, 57, was found with serious injuries and despite being treated by paramedics he died a short time later, the force said.

David Lupton, 60 and of Grosvenor Road, has been charged with murder and is due to appear at Lincoln Magistrates' Court on Friday.
