It's mid July and across Somerset people have been doing their best to enjoy the (limited) sunshine.
Here is a selection of pictures taken across the county over the past few days, including a revamped coast path, a veteran barber, a skate festival and much more.
The last skate: Nailsea skate festival took place for what could be the final time. The event, which has been running for 21 years, hopes to find someone new to take it over. Visitors were welcomed by professional skateboarder James Threfall MBE.
Rain in July: Some businesses in the county, including those on Weston-super-Mare's Grand Pier (above), said the current wet weather was impacting sales and visitor numbers along the coast.
Somerset relies heavily on tourism, which generates about £1.3bn to the local economy.
The golden years: 67-year-old weightlifter Zdzisław Bernard Trybull, known as Bernard, said he was proud to win gold at the European Masters Weightlifting Championships, representing Great Britain.
Mr Trybull, who moved to the UK from Poland in 2006, now lives in Weston-super-Mare, and said since retiring as a long-distance lorry driver he has been able to take his passion for the sport further.
Celebrating 30 years: Rehearsals are under way for Opera della Luna's production of Sweeney Todd: A Victorian Melodrama, which is coming to the Theatre Royal Bath from 23 to 27 July.
Major milestone: Barber Leon Tooze celebrated 60 years since opening his business in Wells. Mr Tooze, who started cutting hair in 1964, said he has "no intention" of retiring.
Crossing borders: The Exmoor stretch of the King Charles III England Coast Path reopened this week and included six new changes to the 35-mile (56km) route.
The path stretches between Minehead in Somerset and Combe Martin, Devon.
In bloom: Trendlewood Park in Nailsea has retained its Green Flag status. Pat Gilbert, from the Friends of Trendlewood Park, a voluntary group which manages the site in partnership with North Somerset Council, said the "great accolade" was a credit to those "who work so hard to keep the park looking as lovely as it does in all weathers".
