Teenage pedestrian dies in country road crash
The man was found dead in Ripley Bank, near Pateley Bridge, in the early hours of Sunday

A 19-year-old man has died after being hit by a vehicle on a country road in North Yorkshire.
Officers said the collision happened on the B6265 at Ripley Bank, between Glasshouses and Pateley Bridge, at some point between 01:44 and 03:10 BST on Sunday.
The man, who was found dead at the scene, is believed to been walking from Pateley Bridge to nearby Glasshouses when he was struck, North Yorkshire Police said.
Anyone who was driving in the area at that time is asked to contact police.
