A section of a major road in East Sussex has reopened after a multi-vehicle crash.

The A26 was closed between the B2192 junction and Wellingham Lane near Stoneham, north of Lewes, on Thursday evening.

The AA said it first received a report of the crash shortly before 17:30 BST, and on Friday at 07:00 there were no further reports of a closure.

Sussex Police said the force was not appealing for further information following the "minor collision".
