Man denies murdering 23-year-old on Christmas Eve

William Bush's family described him as a "loyal, funny and caring son, brother and boyfriend"

A man has denied murdering a 23-year-old on Christmas Eve last year in Cardiff.

William Bush was discovered seriously injured at a property in the Llandaff area of the city on 24 December 2023 and later died.

Dylan Thomas, 24, appeared via video link for the short hearing at Cardiff Crown Court on Monday.

He is due to stand trial on 12 November.

Mr Bush was found injured at the property and died later

Speaking after his death, Mr Bush’s family said they were “devastated” and that he was “loyal, caring and funny."
