Football club issues warning over missile throwing

Football fans have been warned not to bring "any form of pyrotechnics or throwable missiles" to matches, following incidents of anti-social behaviour at games.
York City FC said it was "disappointed" incidents of disorder - which included broken seats and urinals in toilets "needlessly damaged" - were continuing, despite previous warnings.
The club said a "polite reminder" about conduct at the LNER community stadium, which was issued ahead of the 2024 - 25 season did "not change at all".
A spokesperson warned supporters the club could be punished by the FA if "inappropriate chanting or anti-social behaviour" took place, or if things were thrown onto the pitch.
York City FC said incidents of anti-social behaviour "inevitably come at a cost to the Football Club".
In a statement, external the club said: "Individuals continue to be identified, with retrospective action taken against those clearly involved."
A spokesperson added: "We once again ask to keep your support loud, proud, and behind the white line in the stands, both home and away.
"Please do not bring into any stadium any form of pyrotechnic or throwable missile, or engage in any form anti-social behaviour of any kind."
