Veteran supermodel Janice Dickinson has sued ITV over a fall on the set of I'm a Celebrity... South Africa in 2023.
The US TV personality, 70, reportedly suffered head and facial injuries after tripping while going to the toilet during the night in the reality TV show's jungle camp.
She has now filed a personal injury claim against ITV Studios at the High Court in London. ITV declined to comment.
Dickinson's representative Dermot McNamara told BBC News a claim had been issued in relation to her appearance on I'm A Celebrity... South Africa, and that she looked forward to giving her full account in due course.
I'm A Celebrity... South Africa was as an all-star edition of the popular reality survival show, presented by Ant and Dec. Dickinson appeared alongside other campmates from previous series including Fatima Whitbread, Jordan Banjo and Myleene Klass, who went on to win.
Dickinson had to withdraw from proceedings on day 11, however, and was reported at the time to have been taken from Kruger National Park to hospital for treatment.
The former America's Top Model judge previously appeared on the 2007 edition of I'm A Celebrity..., finishing as the runner-up.
