Dozens of trophies worth about £45,000 have been stolen from a Worcestershire golf club.

Thieves broke into the Evesham Golf Club on Evesham Road, Fladbury, at about 00:45 BST on Friday, West Mercia Police said.

They took about 50 trophies and officers said they believed they used a vehicle and parked it in front of the club.

Anyone who saw suspicious activity in the area at the time or with information which could help the investigation was urged by the force to come forward.
