A Halloween enthusiast who has decorated two houses to celebrate the occasion says "it's just a monster that I can't stop now".
Andy Knight, from Langford, Bedfordshire, has covered his home with spooky sights for fun as well as a family member's house, in Letchworth, Hertfordshire, to raise funds for the charity Garden House Hospice Care.
He said every year, for the past 10 years, each display has got "bigger and bigger" and he loves creating ghastly designs as "everyone has got their own take on Halloween".
"I like being a bit out there," he added.
Shortly after his own version of a house of horrors, Halloween House Letchworth, opened at 16:00 GMT, large queues started to form and it was already "really busy".
"It's just fantastic, that's what it's about, it brings a bit of fun to everyone and it raises money for charity.
"Every year it's grown and grown, and it's just a monster that I can't stop now, we have to up our game," he added.
