Andreas Michli is standing as an independent candidate in the mayoral elections.
He is a health and fitness entrepreneur and gym owner.
He will prioritise ending knife crime
Mr Michli says he will launch a comprehensive strategy aimed at ending the knife crime epidemic in London.
He will also raise the Met Police’s physical fitness standards, providing officers with rudimentary defensive martial arts training and will "depoliticise" the force.
He will 'take on the unions'
Mr Michli says he will take on the unions and address staff remuneration, which he calls "excessive and unacceptable".
He is also committed to backing the Bakerloo line extension.
He will set ambitious housing targets
Mr Michli will publish a new London Housing Strategy that sets ambitious housing targets and promotes a more nuanced approach to the green belt.
He will also encourage development on brownfield sites.
He will ensure new buildings are aesthetically pleasing
On culture and supporting creative industries, Mr Michli says he will require developers to adhere to a set of aesthetic standards in keeping with London’s historical building style.
He will also plant 700 hectares of new tree canopy cover, and support the creation of at least six major new parks or nature reserves.
He will reduce council tax
Mr Michli says he will take steps to reduce City Hall’s share of council tax over his first four-year mayoral term.
He will also "finally get control of TfL’s finances" and reduce spending by "taking on the unions". He will use the savings to fund a reduction in Tube fares.
