Man killed and another in hospital following crash

A man has been killed and another taken to hospital following a traffic collision.
The collision, involving two cars, took place at Worcester Road in Hanley Castle, Worcestershire, during the early hours.
One man was confirmed dead at the scene, West Midlands Ambulance Service said.
“The driver of the second car, also a man, was removed from the vehicle with the assistance of fire colleagues before being treated by medics for serious injuries," a spokesman said.
