Flooding caused by heavy rainfall has led to disruption amid flood alerts across Surrey, Sussex and Kent.
National Highways said that one lane of the M25 between junctions 11 and 12 at Woking and Weybridge, in Surrey, was closed.
It said just after 9:00 GMT the lane had reopened, although warned of "long delays".
National Rail, meanwhile, said trains running through Surrey's Ash station were delayed by 15 minutes due to the bad weather.
Flood alerts were in place on Monday morning in Surrey for the Upper River Mole, Ifield Brook, Gatwick Stream and Burstow Stream, the River Lox, the Upper River Wey, the River Mole and its tributaries from Kinnersley Manor to South Hersham, Chertsey Bourne, the River Bloackwater and the Cove Brook.
In Sussex, flood alerts were in place for the Western Rother, the Upper and Lower Arun, River Adur West and East Branch, the River Uck and River Cuckmere.
The River Darent from Westerham to Dartford in Kent also had a flood alert in place.
