A woman who died after a collision involving a car and a concrete mixer in Worcestershire led a "fun-filled life", according to her family.

Dorothy Costas, 70, was killed on the A4103 in Bransford, near Malvern, on 30 October along with two others, also in their 70s.

In a tribute, her family said: "As a family we are devastated our mum, nana, sister, aunty and friend has been taken away from us so soon.

"Mum was loved by so many people in her fun-filled life, memories we can all treasure forever."

They added: "Your star will always shine, mum. Always in our hearts, forever. Good night and God bless, mum."

West Mercia Police has since confirmed no arrests have been made and the investigation has been closed.
