Man bailed after biker seriously injured in crash

A man who was arrested after a motorcyclist suffered life-threatening injuries in a crash in Leicester has been released on bail.
Police said the man, 50, was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving after the crash on the A6 London Road, at the junction with Clarendon Court, at 23:30 BST on Wednesday.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 20s, remains in hospital with life-threatening injuries after the crash involving a silver Toyota Corolla and a black Lexmoto 125 motorcycle.
Police continue to investigate and urge anyone with information or CCTV footage of the crash to come forward.
