Tributes paid to 15-year-old boy killed in crash

Tributes have been paid to a 15-year-old boy who was killed in a crash involving an electric bike and a car.
Devon Simmonds was declared dead at the scene on Rowrah Crescent in Middleton shortly before 12:00 BST on Tuesday.
A 59-year-old man was later arrested on suspicion of murder, Greater Manchester Police said.
A row of flowers have been left near the crash scene while other tributes including colourful balloons and candles have been placed at Lakeland Court shopping precinct.
Mourners have also left messages of condolences on balloons and cards.
One person wrote: "Rest in paradise Devon" while another message read: "RIP Dev. Always making everyone smile. You will be forever missed."
Another said: "Forever 15 Dev. The biggest soul. Shine bright as always."

The force said investigations were ongoing into the circumstances surrounding the crash after officers were called to reports of a collision on Rowrah Crescent.
Detectives are also looking into an alleged theft, over which another 15-year-old boy has been arrested, before the crash.

Ch Insp Nicola Hopkinson said: "What happened yesterday was a tragic event that saw a young boy lose their life and our thoughts remain with Devon's family at this time.
"Officers are aware of antisocial behaviour taking place in the local area following this incident. This will not be tolerated and is completely unacceptable.
"We understand the emotions of the wider community and their need to grieve, but we will take action against anyone found to be involved in criminality.
"As part of our investigation, officers will be on hand to deal with any queries members of the public have."
