A further arrest has been made by police after a man was found injured in a street in Leicestershire.
Leicestershire Police was called to a report of damage being caused to cars in Melton Road in Thurmaston at about 19:00 BST on Friday.
When officers arrived, they found the injured man, who was subsequently taken to hospital where he remains in a critical but stable condition.
On Monday, police said three men had been arrested and on Tuesday, the force said a fourth man, aged 26, had been taken into custody.
It added the three men, aged 33, 37 and 53, previously held "in connection with the incident", had been released on bail.
A police spokesperson said it could not say what offences the four had been arrested on suspicion of due to "operational reasons".
The force has appealed for anyone with any information to come forward.
