The death of a man whose body was found at a waste facility is not being treated as suspicious, police have confirmed.

Officers were called to the Suez site in Haverton Hill, near Billingham, Teesside, on Wednesday at about 13:45 BST.

Cleveland Police initially said it was trying to identify the man and find out how he came to be there.

Following a post-mortem examination, the force said the waste facility area had reopened and a file would be prepared for the coroner.
