Two attempted murder arrests after stabbing

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man was stabbed in Leicester.
Leicestershire Police said it was called to Danvers Road by the East Midlands Ambulance Service at 10:25 BST on Sunday.
Officers said two men, aged 49 and 50, were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and remained in police custody.
The injured man, who was in his 20s, was taken to hospital where he was in a critical but stable condition, police added.
Leicestershire Police said the stabbing reportedly took place inside a property and the three men were known to each other.
Police have preserved the scene and are in the area carrying out house-to-house inquiries.
