Three arrests after man dies in industrial incident

Three people have been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter after a man died in an industrial incident.
The man, in his 50s, was injured at a site off Glendower Street, Kirkdale, Liverpool, when a heavy load fell on top of him, Merseyside Police said.
A second man, aged in his 20s, was also injured and he is in hospital in a stable condition, police added.
Two men, aged 32 and 34, as well as a 58-year-old woman, have been arrested and conditionally bailed as inquiries continue into the incident.
Police said formal identification had yet to take place, but the man's next of kin had been told.
Det Insp Natalie Charlesworth said: "Our thoughts remain with the family and friends of this man as they continue to grieve at this tragic time.
"A joint investigation into the circumstances of this incident continues between Merseyside Police and the Health and Safety Executive.
"We are still in the early stages of investigating this incident and we are determined to get answers about what happened.
"If you have any information, please let us know as it could be vital to the ongoing investigation."
