Man who died in police custody named by family

A man who died whilst in police custody has been named by his family.
Piotr Rak, 37, was being held at Gablecross Police Station in Swindon on Saturday night and became unwell on Sunday morning. He was declared dead at about 09:00 BST.
A fundraiser has been started by family friends to return his body to Poland. It said: "His death came suddenly. The family, overwhelmed with grief, was not prepared for this."
Wiltshire Police has referred itself to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC), which has launched an investigation.
