Firefighters tackle huge blaze at scrap metal yard

Emergency services are tackling a large fire at a scrap metal yard in Merseyside.
Crews were called to Gladstone Dock in Bootle at 18:44 BST and six fire engines were deployed to the scene, Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service said.
Firefighters found flames reaching about 80ft (25m) into the sky and measuring about 165ft (50m) by 100ft (30m).
Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service said that while the incident had been contained, it was ongoing and warned people living nearby to keep their doors and windows closed.
