Police stop multicoloured car with parts missing

A heavily decorated car with a number of parts missing has been taken off the road by police.
The Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit said it failed to stop for officers in Watford on Sunday.
The driver was eventually detained by police.
A PG9 prohibition order was placed on the vehicle, meaning it cannot be driven until it has been fixed and roadworthy.
