A man who escaped while on a day out from a mental health facility in north-west London is being sought by police.
Trevor St Martins, 56, absconded on 14 September while on an escorted visit to shops from the mental health facility in Kingsbury, the Met Police said.
Officers were called to the area at about 15:00 BST and detectives have since made “extensive” efforts to find him.
The force has now issued as appeal for the public's help to try and find him.
“Members of the public are advised not to approach him,” said the Met said in a statement.
“For an immediate sighting, call 999.”
An appeal was initially issued by Met Police officers in Harrow on 21 September.
Mr St Martins has been described as 6ft tall (1.8m) and of medium build.
When last seen, he was wearing a black top, black jeans and a black hat.
