'I love teaching Zumba to others like me'

Hannah Payton leads accessible Zumba classes in Wythenshaw

A Zumba instructor with Down's syndrome has said leading a class for other people with disabilities is "changing her life".

Hannah Payton teaches the classes in Wythenshawe - which are run by Greater Manchester charity Better Things - for people with autism and learning disabilities.

She said: "I like inspiring people like me to do Zumba class because it makes them feel happy, proud."

One of her students said the classes were "absolutely amazing".
