Tesco staff threatened with knife and claw hammer

Staff at a convenience store were threatened with a knife and claw hammer during an armed robbery.
The incident happened at 20:50 BST on Wednesday at the Tesco Express on Nacton Road in Ipswich.
A man reportedly entered wearing a balaclava and showed staff his weapons before demanding a quantity of cash from the till and making off.
No staff members or customers were harmed and police are appealing for witnesses.
The Suffolk force believed the suspect placed the stolen money in a Tesco bag and fled on a bike in the direction of Clapgate Lane.
He was described as wearing a grey tracksuit, around 5ft 8ins (1.73m) in height and of stocky build.
Officers also believed the incident could be connected to the robbery at the Co-op in Ravenswood on Monday.
