Probe continues into death of man 'loved by all'

The family of a man whose death is being probed by police have said he was "loved by everyone".

Lee Baker was struck by a car on Ormscliffe Road in Rednal, Birmingham, just before 17:10 BST on Monday.

The 28-year-old suffered serious injuries and died later in hospital.

A statement released by his family said: "Lee was a loving son, father, brother and nephew. He was everything to us and will be sadly missed."

Two men, both aged 28, were arrested and taken into custody on suspicion of murder.

A West Midlands Police spokesperson said the force had been given additional time to question them.

A third man, aged 29, has also been arrested and taken into custody on suspicion of murder.
