A woman in her 90s has sustained "serious life-threatening injuries" after being involved in a two-vehicle crash with a pedestrian in Cornwall.

The collision, between a grey Renault Captur, a red Seat Arona and the pedestrian, happened in the M&S car park of Kingsley Village, Fraddon, on Wednesday afternoon.

The 93-year-old passenger of the Seat was taken to hospital and her family has been told.

The pedestrian and the other driver suffered less serious injuries.

An investigation of the scene took place but Devon and Cornwall Police is asking for any witnesses, or those with dashcam footage, to contact them.
