Two 16-year-old boys have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man died in Sleaford.

Officers said Adam Bailey, 49, was found dead at his home in Tamer Road on 16 February.

Lincolnshire Police said the boys were arrested on Tuesday. Both were later released on bail as investigations continue.

A 34-year-old man, also arrested on suspicion of murder, was released on bail on 8 March.

Mr Bailey regularly visited the Riverside pharmacy, and commuted by foot, the force said.

Officers are keen to speak with drivers who were in the area between 17:30 GMT on 8 February and 14:15 GMT on 16 February.

Officers also want to hear from anyone who may have been in the Tamer Road area at about 23:00 GMT on 11 February.

Det Insp Andrew McWatt said: "We are keeping an open mind about the circumstances.

"We believe there may be people who will have witnessed something, or have information about Mr Bailey's death or his interactions with others before he died, which might help our ongoing investigation who we have not yet spoken with.

Police issued a new image of Adam Bailey believed to have been taken on 11 February

"It might be that you don't realise that what you saw or heard is important; we'd ask that you think back, or view mobile phone or dashcam footage, or social media where you may have seen something posted, and get in touch with anything that might be relevant and allow us to decide."

As part of the investigation police issued a new image of Mr Bailey, which is believed to have been taken on 11 February.

He was last seen wearing dark trousers and a grey top, but he may also have been wearing a coat.
