Clowns, stilt walkers and jugglers are returning to Wolverhampton for the return of a street theatre festival.

The Covent Garden on Tour show will return to Victoria Street and Bell Square on 20 July and 10 August.

The free event came to the city centre in March 2024 with performances, balloon stalls and escapologists.

City development cabinet member Chris Burden said, "With the summer holidays on the horizon, I know parents will be planning ways to keep the kids entertained and what better event to attend than a free family friendly street theatre performance."

There will also be free face painting, an ice cream van as well as businesses open in on both days.

The event will run from 11:00 BST to 16:00.
