An open day is being held for the public to see plans for the future of the North Devon District Hospital.
The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust said it would be opening its doors from 13:00 to 16:00 BST on Friday to launch its Our Future Hospital programme.
The programme will "renew, refurbish or replace" notable parts of the hospital to keep and expand NHS acute hospital services.
"It is set to be an exciting day, with talks from trust leadership and clinicians, and site tours where visitors can learn more about the areas of the hospital prioritised for upgrade," the trust said.
Exhibition stands hosting local organisations will be onsite and people will be able to share their experiences, stories and memories of the hospital.
