Crowe brothers 'stronger than ever' heading into TT

Manx sidecar pairing Ryan and Callum Crowe have said they are "back stronger than ever” heading into the 2024 Isle of Man TT.
In 2023, the brothers managed to secure a third-place finish in race week despite an incident at Laurel Bank during qualifying that saw passenger Callum spend a day in hospital.
But the team were confident heading into the 2024 meeting and the aim was to “go out, gel with your bike, and gel with your brother”, Ryan said.
“You never get the bond or the trust with anyone else," he said.
Reflecting on the crash, which left him with bad bruising Callum said he was "lucky enough to get back out” on “the best circuit and with the best atmosphere”.
Driver Ryan admitted the incident had left him a little “rattled” at the time, and his brother's recovery time coupled with engine issues meant overall “last year wasn’t our best year”.
'Ultimate goal'
The brothers made their debut in 2019 and, following a two-year hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic, have picked up three podium places across 2022 and 2023.
And the sons of five-time TT sidecar champion Nick Crowe have their sights set on topping the podium this year.
Ryan said: "We’ve watched our dad do it, I can’t wait to feel that feeling of winning.”
Agreeing with older brother, Callum said the TT was "like a puzzle, it throws so many challenges at you and want you to overcome them”.
“Despite financial issues and stresses, you still you want to come back," he said.
“A win is all we hope for round here… it’s the ultimate goal for any racer.”
