Renovations unveiled at iconic coastal site

The latest phase of the redevelopment of a popular cliff-top attraction in Sussex has been unveiled.
New visitor accommodation is available at the historic Foxhole Cottages, in Cuckmere Valley in Seven Sisters Country Park.
The three cottages, which are close to the famous cliffs, are set in area which has featured in many Hollywood films, including Harry Potter, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves and Summerland.
The new accommodation will "help fund the ongoing conservation and nature recovery work at the sprawling country park", a spokesperson for the country park said.
Seven Sisters Country Park comprises 280 hectares of chalk cliffs, meandering river valley and open chalk grassland.
A refurbished visitor centre, shop, new food outlet and new toilets were unveiled at the site in 2022.
The South Downs National Park Authority took ownership of the site in 2021 from East Sussex County Council.
Alongside the cottages, it has invested in a new camping barn and camping field.
Claire Onslow, the park's commercial manager, said: “We average almost a million day trippers every year who come to enjoy the breath-taking views, and now they can enjoy a break at the heart of this iconic location.
“This is a chance for people to really get away from it all, go car-free and immerse themselves in nature."
