Detectives investigating a sexual assault have asked residents who may have found unknown female clothing in their gardens or bins to come forward.
Devon and Cornwall Police said a man had seriously sexually assaulted a woman near Lifton Methodist Church at about 01:00 BST on Saturday 2 August.
Officers also want to hear from people who were in the area of Castle Street in Launceston, who were driving on the A388 through Liftondown into Lifton and anyone who had been in the car park at Strawberry Fields Farm Shop that night.
Det Insp Emma Lefort asked anyone with relevant dashcam or doorbell footage recorded between 23:00 on the Friday and 02:00 on the Saturday to share it with police.
She said: "Incidents of this nature understandably cause great concern in the local community but I can assure people that robust efforts are ongoing in this investigation and officers are working hard to both support the victim and to identify the offender."
