Inside planned £100m Liverpool railway station

More images which show how a new railway station could look have been revealed to the public.

Baltic station, which would be built off Upper Parliament Street in the south of Liverpool city centre, is expected to be up and running by the end of 2027.

It will be the latest station to be built after Headbolt Lane in Kirkby, which opened in 2023.

The images feature the familiar yellow branding and colour scheme of Merseytravel, which is due to change its name to Transport for the Liverpool City Region (TfLCR), it has been announced recently.
